This part of the payment must be made before any materials are purchased and the building process begins. This ensures that all the necessary resources are in place for the project to start.

Upon completion of the production of the house, the customer must make this payment so that we can start preparing the house for stacking, either on the machine or in a container.

Before the house is installed on site, the client must pay 5% of the total amount. This is to ensure that all the necessary preparations have been made and that the house is ready for installation.

On delivery of keys: This is paid when the keys to the house are handed over to the customer.
