2-year warranty on all work:

Covered by warranty:
This part of the warranty covers all aspects of the home relating to the workmanship, assembly and installation of the work. This includes interior and exterior finishes, plumbing, electrical systems, cupboards, appliances and all other non-structural components.

Any defects, faults or problems that arise during the construction or installation process are covered for the first two years. This ensures that you can be confident in the quality of workmanship and materials used.

Exclusions:
Damage caused by improper maintenance, misuse or neglect by the homeowner. Alterations or repairs carried out by unauthorised personnel not associated with EPIC Company.

20 year warranty on materials:

Covered by the warranty:
The Structural Materials Warranty is designed to give homeowners long-term peace of mind. It covers the basic elements of the home, including the load-bearing walls, roof structure and foundations. This warranty covers any major structural problems, such as dampness, cracking or warping, caused by faulty materials or poor workmanship during the first twenty years.

Exclusions:
Cosmetic or non-structural items such as paint, tiles or decorative finishes. Damage caused by natural disasters or exceptional events beyond the control of EPIC Company. Damage caused by improper use of the home, such as not using an air recuperator or using appliances not included in the design of the home.
